My entire experience with Katy Motors Co was friendly, fast, and easy. The women in the office was helpful and pleasant. They helped me test drive exactly what I wanted to with no pressure. When I made a deal with the owner he was very upfront and helpful. I came by myself in a rental car and the dealership helped me get the car back to enterprise before they closed, relieving a lot of stress. I'm extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased and would highly recommend Katy Motors!

The cars are well selected, prices are reasonable and the experience is laid back. No BS, need a car, buy a car. If he discovers a big problem with something on his lot, he doesn't sell it. Three purchases from there in the last couple years in my family, no bad experiences whatsoever.

My experience buying a used truck from Katy Motors was excellent. Their trucks are priced better than in Columbia, MO (where I live), and they offered me more for my trade in. They have an awesome low pressure approach. They talk to you like a normal person and don't try to persuade you to buy a more expensive vehicle. When it's time for me to buy again, I will go back to Katy Motors.
